  • x10 collagen casings 47mm approx. 500g/stick

  • x1 spice mix 190g of your choice (fennel or pepper)

An easy way to dip your toe into the world of salami making. All the finest ingredients you need to have a go. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NEED A “SAUSAGE FILLER” SO YOU CAN LOAD YOUR MEAT INTO THE CASINGS PROVIDED. See below for suggestions.

Please ensure you choose pick-up date/delivery date correctly, once animals have been selected for that pick-up/delivery date it is incredibly difficult to make changes. If you require a collection date that is not listed below, you will incur a $50 holding fee that will be payable at pick up. All home deliveries are delivered by an external freight company, you will be notified which date it will arrive on when delivery runs have been organised.
