After humbling beginnings during Covid times, starting as a small box delivery to a handful of households our Pork Club has grown to a monthly subscription service that has frequency, size and pack options as well as a range of Beef, Lamb and Chicken products available. It has been an ever evolving project that continues to grow as our subscription base increase and people’s needs change. Could Pork Club be for you?!

Can we TRY Pork Club before signing up?
Yes, head to our online shop and order our ‘Try Me’ Pork pack. This will give you an idea of what a Pork Club Couples pack is like before committing to a subscription.
Where do you deliver to?
Logistics has been the hardest part of developing the Pork Club - we require Refrigerated Transport …. so we can’t just pop your delivery in the post! We can deliver to almost anywhere in Victoria.
We use a company called ‘Be Cool’ who a refrigerated freight company. Utilising an external freight company has allowed us to send our products further than ever before. We are hoping to increase our shipping area over the coming months to include NSW and QLD.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes you can, although we would be sorry to see you go. We need at least one months notice. Rearing and processing animals is a 12 month cycle, so the more notice we have the better. Cancellations need to be received by email to orders@mcivorfarmfoods.com.au

Can I change my subscription?
Absolutely! We would rather you give change a go before cancelling. We understand that Pork Club isn’t for everyone but have found sometimes by changing the frequency or size of your subscription it begins to work better
Terms and conditions

Monthly deliveries
Monthly subscriptions receive 11 deliveries a year from February to December. Over January our butcher Angus takes a well deserved break after the madness from Christmas. Plus the pigs have minimal disturbance during this hot period.
Bi-monthly deliver cycle
If you sign up to bi-monthly subscription you will be on Cycle 1 or Cycle 2 and receive 6 deliveries throughout the year. Cycle 1 deliveries are February, April, June, August, October & December. Cycle 2 deliveries are in March, May, July, September, November & December. As a bi-monthly you get ONE SWAP a year so you can swap one of your months for a month on the opposite cycle.
Do you get to choose what is in the pack?
To a degree…The base packs are set to Roast, Everyday or Fresh as listed above. Within those packs you get some choice. Why? We have designed our packs to use the whole animal, this way we use the whole animal and are not left with lots of one particular cut.
You can add as many extras to your order as you please though. These vary from month to month. If you have a special request we will do our best to add it to your order.
What’s a rotation?
Both our couples and family Roast packs contain a rotation cut. The rotation cuts are Belly, Cutlets and Scotch. Each delivery you will receive a different cut if you select the roast pack.
Why are the Fresh packs heavier?
Because they do not contain bacon or ham products which are more expensive than fresh cuts.
What flavour sausages come in the pack?
There are four flavours to choose from. You can even choose two different flavours if you wish to. They are Pork & Fennel, Toulouse, English Pork (these DO contain preservatives) and Cumberland Coil.
